Your Vote Your Voice
In every U.S. Presidential Election, there is a large percentage of citizens who do not vote. Two of the leading causes for lack of voter participation are lack of information about when/how to vote and the belief that their vote will not affect the outcome. Your Vote, Your Voice is a poster created to encourage U.S. citizens to vote in the 2025 Presidential Election. Each poster lists the registration deadline, election day, and a link to a local website to learn more about how to vote.
The phrase “Your Vote, Your Voice” is used to remind citizens that their vote is important because it acts as their voice when deciding which candidate to elect. The imagery on the poster is meant to represent paper ballots. The ballots are a variety of mouths cut out of paper, meant to represent the individuality of each voter and the voice that voting gives them. The typefaces used are Owners Text bold and medium.
